hello all,

I'm wearing Black Perfecto. It took me by surprise that I enjoy it. On paper, it's very sweet, but not so much on my skin. Sure, it's cherries, but there's smoke and leather, too. it's fun and mischievous, and a bit regressive, in a good way.

When I was a kid, there were these boxes of cherries in dark chocolate filled with liqueur that everybody was gifting to each other all the time. You always had to check the expiration date before opening, because some of this stuff was in circulation for ages (endlessly regifted), lol.

I didn't care for the chocolate, but I loved that juice! When nobody was around, I used to carefully unfold the wrapping, pierce a tiny hole into each one, drink the liqueur, then wrap them back up nicely and back in the box. Let them adults eat chocolate! (Later, I discovered I actually didn't care for the liqueur at all, so it must have been the thrill of mischief.)

Can't join the weekend sync but did think of wearing something that will shake off the winter blues, so went with Parfum d'Empire - Corsa Furiosa, a really nice green, herbal scent with a touch of sharpness that I like.

Good morning /afternoon everyone We have had and have a situation with Flour moths in the house..... It is not like it is really harmful or anything.... But it is gross! I guess the good thing is that now we get to really clean and organize the apartment..... But it stresses me out, espesially with the combination of school and other seminars the rest of the week. So, a 7 day week of "work" in reality for me :/ I was suppose to be at work this weekend, but decided to stay home. I need the time to breath and try to fix this problem.... :/ Sotd is Eau duelle edp.

I am wearing a purple jumper today and it felt like it had to be this one. Yes, weird, but I don't care.

Not weird at all! Perfumes often evoke certain colors, and vice versa, in my mind. I went so far as to buy a camel-colored cashmere sweater specifically to wear with Bois des Îles. It was not only the color, but the soft, fuzzy cashmere texture that matched the perfume.

I always start taxes as soon as possible because I absolutely hate having that task hanging over my head. Lucky me, she says sarcastically, due to a death in the family I must do three returns this year.

No, I don't get any varnish. It's very dry, almost dusty, and not sweet at all.

The kitties definitely stay close the first days after I come home. I figure it's time to leave again when they start ignoring me.

Hello everyone, I hope you all have a great and healthy weekend. I've reaffirmed my love for the les exclusifs from Chanel by adding 31 rue Cambon and another bottle of No. 18 to my collection. I love Chanel exclusifs, hands down my favorite in all of perfumery. I would like to try 1932 next, from those of you here who've tried it what do you think of it? I'm not afraid of florals, in fact I feel like I can pull it off quite nicely. Best to all and thanks.
