Joli Coeur by Fiilit Parfums has had a very positive impact on me.

La Perla Maya by Fiilit parfums is a wonderfully crafted unisex floral and although it has tuberose, it is enhanced by other elements surrounding it.

I'm rarely 'wowed' by any fragrance. More often than not I'm underwhelmed and unimpressed. So when I do get 'wowed' I get animated and excited.

Gianfranco Ferre - Ferre for Man. Wow! Just WOW!

This has been on my 'to try' list for some time. Recently I bought a number of miniatures of which this was one. Of the ones I've tried so far out of Rochas - Macassar, Davidoff - Davidoff, Krizia - Moods Uomo, the Ferre for Man was the standout one.

Ferre for Man reminds me an awful lot of Carven - Monsieur Carven which fast became one of my favourites but a much heavier hitter. The Carven is lighter and more delicate and Ferre for Man deeper and richer.

Now I'm going to have to find a vintage bottle of Ferre for Man!

Love At First Sight by Une Nuit Nomade is an exceptional green unisex floral scent.

l'Erbolario Te Verde:
just an enjoyable unisex green tea fragrance-in spite of being quite bargain priced-with an impressive performance but also quite a few enjoyable complexities, especially thanks to the way its within its dominating tea note i being highlighted.

Vintage Chanel Egoiste Platinum, this reminds men of Chanel Pour Monsieur with aldehydes and a good splash of marine notes. This is softer and far less metallic than the modern iterations. Superb!

Not a new wow but a rediscovered one. I've been falling for Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Fico di Amalfi all over again now that the weather here is improving.

Also late to the party on this one but Gucci Guilty Absolute has blown me away upon giving it a proper few wearings. Always overlooked it as my brother wears it a lot but the quality to price ratio, if you like the fragrance, is unreal.
