It's their latest release. Have been a fan of this house since the 60s.

I find that they give me a sample for every wink and smile I flash. Once I walked away with 17 samples--and the phone number of the adorable woman who helped me even wrote her number on the back of my receipt. Of course, the phone number was of no use being a married man.

15 ml vintage Fragonard Violette
and a sample of Rosabotanica.

Been thinking of getting my hands on this for a while now. For whatever reason, US retailers do not stock Le Parfum version, so when I saw this in EWR duty free shop, I knew I had to grab it without sampling. Turned out to be a spectacular scent!

I did the same recently in Italy. Good scent indeed, spicier and less woodsy than the EDT, IMO.

Not familiar with the perfume but I love this packaging, clean and upbeat!

I was at the boutique in NYC and saw the fragrances and gave them a quick sniff. Pretty nice and decent for the price, I remember the yellow one L'eau de Liesse standing out while a few others smelled a bit generic.

"The first transparent and luminous notes of a sparkling neroli mixed with the aldehyde accents of cristalfizz give way to a dazzling floral heart where the iris is adorned with the solar force of sambac jasmine and the sensuality of heliotrope."

On "cristalfizz": Cristalfizz™ is a perfume molecule by IFF that is citrus fizzy, with orange and mandarin zest. According to IFF, it has a watery, crystal fresh, and ozonic feel.

I'm tempted to go back and give them a more thorough sampling, but then again do I really need another house to be interested in?

Idole is wonderful! Definitely FB worth as far as I'm concerned.
