I fell in love with it via a decant from the wonderful @N.CAL Fragrance Reviewer. I was initially seeking a FB, but came across a wonderful offer on a split that I couldn’t pass by.

I've wanted Christian Dior Eau Noire for a long time and had the opportunity to buy it in Paris this past summer, but I couldn't justify a 250ml bottle since Eau Noire isn't the easiest wear and I already have so much perfume. I was also hoping the re-release would be available in smaller bottles in the States. Luckily, the 40ml bottle has been for sale on the Dior website, and I grabbed one for myself today.

Oldie but Goldie, well not that old actually... I've just bought Beautiful by Estée Lauder. It's a blind buy based on appreciations by a favourite critic of mine, so fingers crossed. I do like Estée Lauder's oldies anyway: Knowing, Cinnabar...

Also bought Cassis Frénésie from Roger&Gallet, 100 ml, so fresh and intriguing for a Cologne (well, it's called Cologne extrait, whatever that is supposed to mean).

I’m curious about this one. I’m not a Tom Ford fan generally, and Lost Cherry smells like cough syrup to me, but I need to try Cherry Smoke. Do let us know your thoughts when it arrives!
