Looks like it’s a very early version. Drakkar Noir was released in 1982 but the copyright on the bottom of the box says 1981. Also I don’t recognize the distributor Edo Cosmetica Selecta but after further research I learned they distributed several different Guy Laroche fragrances early on.

Yeah, the copyright date on the box and the "Guy Laroche Paris" being all on the same line identify it.

60 Euro is way too much, go ahead and send it to me, I'll take the hit. ;)

Hard to say for sure. I have an older 50ml Drakkar Noir but not as old as yours and I paid under $20 USD for mine. For me, it could be worth it as vintage Cosmair versions smell good to me and 50 ml versions sell for $50 USD.

You got a great deal, 1st ed Drakkar Noir is getting pricey as far as I can tell.

It’s a great purchase and wonderful fragrance. I have a version that’s just a pinch newer than yours and it’s great stuff.

If you’re expecting “loud,” you may be disappointed. This one feels like an “intense” version of what’s out there now in that it’s deeper, fuller and lasts 8+ hours on my skin.

This and vintage Duc de Vervins get slept on often for some reason… These smell like they’re first cousins, but truth be told, I really enjoy the “green” that The Duc brings to the table.

Truth be told I sometimes find myself enjoying vintage Caesars Man Legendary Cologne Spray more than DN.

those 80's tallboy bottles can be hard to find sometimes at least for a good price . there's not a huge scent difference between those bottles and the cosmar fat body bottles from the 90's or the bottles up too 2015 at least . drakkar noir wasn't as butchered as alot of the other colognes from 70's 90's 00's

the difference should be in the base... because from the first reformulation tha base was changed and the patchouli was removed
