This one, Coeur de Vetiver Sacre by L'Artisan, is a favorite of mine. I can't get enough of it. I think it's the idea of a sweet and sour in food, the dates and the vetiver are contrapuntal, and the tea broadens the scent and smooths it over.
All the talk of Declaration in other threads inspired me to go with Declaration Essence, my favorite variant. Tea, vetiver, cumin, citrus, labdanum, sandalwood, but much more interesting than that sounds. Perfect for a cool fall day.
Today's sync is with the dashing compass that is Hommage à l'homme Voyageur by Lalique, a cardamom reflection wrapped in a brilliant forthcoming heart of patchouli, papyrus and our dear vetiver that leaves gorgeous ink on a soft mossy amber base that pays hommage indeed!
