My wife is off to the Ukraine on a business trip next week.
Anyone have any idea where she can grab a few smellies in Kiev?

OK, Im back to answer my own question now the wife has returned, in the event that other visitors to Kiev would like to find some quality outlets.

The best chain by FAR is BROCARD PARFUMS... they have something like 20 outlets across the Ukraine.
Here is a link to their website. Its in the Russian language, but with some little patience you can find your way to the store locations page (with photos of each of their remarkable stores).

There should be a coule perfume stores in the Mandarin Plaza mall(Brocard I think) and at Globe(Globus) underground mall, both in Kiev.
