I think if I were your age, I'd be right there with you. But from my vantage point, he looks too much like a kid for me to be having lascivious thoughts about him! I also think he's got one of those faces that's going to get more handsome as it ages.

And you need to pick a scent for Timothée! (He looks like a Jean-Claude Ellena type to me.)

I'm right there with you. As much as I like him as an actor (as well as Guadagnino as a director), and as much as I love the book, I haven't been able to watch Call Me By Your Name, because he looks about 13 in that movie.

Ellena does sound right up his alley. But, I must say, he's very fashion forward, so I also see him wearing something niche and unexpected --like something from Nicolai, Rogue Perfumery, or Histoires de Parfums --1725, perhaps?

Apparently, his favorite fragrance is Davidoff Cool Water, which is kind of predictable for an outdoorsy islander. But I see him in a slightly raunchy leather fragrance. Ombre Leather, perhaps?

I considered him a while back for about half a minute, but a) he's never done anything I actually liked, and b) he seems like sort of a 21st century version of Fabio.

Something edgier and/or more deliberately gender neutral might be better, but that’s not my bailiwick, so I couldn’t get more specific.

How about Elvis.....err....Austin Butler? I saw him on James Corden the other night and he's definitely an impressive looking guy....as is his speaking/singing voice. He's getting many accolades for his job on "becoming" Elvis, and the new movie seems to be zooming to number 1.

I have a vested interest in the film, so I’ll leave it to others to form their opinions without me weighing in (as they would anyway), but on the point of Butler “becoming Elvis,” I have to agree with the accolades: he’s uncanny. (And he absolutely had to be for it to work at all.)

Yes, I was just reading that he got into it so much that he made himself sick and was hospitalized when the movie finished. Family members said they noticed that even his usual speaking voice changed.

Fair, but I'd say that the fashion forward move of many niche houses is precisely to go retro. Make of that what you will.

Taika Waititi -- so handsome, and seems be getting better looking as time goes on.

I first became aware of him during Flight of the Conchords, and now he seems to be everywhere all at once, writing, directing, acting. I confess I'm not as familiar with his superhero work, although I did sit through all of Thor: Ragnarok out of loyalty to him and to Jeff Goldblum. And these days What We Do in the Shadows is one my biggest TV guilty pleasures.

Since he calls himself a "Polynesian Jew" and seems very invested in his Maori heritage, I'm going to presume that something tropical but still pretty manly would work on him. I can't bring myself to say Aventus, so I'll just suggest Patou Colony instead.

I once had a Cuban tobacco scented candle from Archipelago Botanicals and it was the most gorgeous candle scent I ever smelled.

Poor Taika, relegated by you to aquatic musks! I've been watching him in that pirate comedy series he made with Rhys Darby, where Taika plays Blackbeard. With that image in my head, I could see him in something boozy or a strong bay rhum. Which would go well with this photo from a recent NY Times article where he's wearing the hell out of a tropical linen outfit.

Come des Garçons is actually a good choice, I think he wears Ann Demeulemeester clothes, so something edgy, but well done is 👌

Yes, a dreamy incense would suit him. And being Egyptian, it seems like there would be an abundance of ethereal scents to match those soulful eyes. Or even a dark, dark rose? I understand Egyptian men love those.

He has that kind of beauty that almost doesn't matter whether it's male or female.

I thought I'd read the whole thread, before adding my 2 cents... I think of Momoa wearing leather too, in my mind. Perhaps a leather frag by Memo.

@metanoia Off topic I guess but where are you hearing the new Tamino album? There are only 2 songs available on youtube music and he's not on Bandcamp. I haven't managed to actually hear the record yet, the 2 songs are very good though.

His debut in that movie is phenomenal (as is the film itself), and he's also very good in the new British murder comedy series Bad Sisters. He's not even 30 years old yet and I'm quite smitten with him.
