A lily of the valley tribute scent.

A touch expensive ($75 for 15 ml).

But certainly sounds worth trying!

Tauer seems to be a love or hate thing. I simply haven't found any Tauer fragrances wearable until I sampled Carillon Pour Un Ange the other day. Funny thing this fragrance seems almost to be an after thought, but IMHO this is Andy's absolute best frag to date. He refers to it as a "choir of flowers". Absolutely appropo. I poured some from my sample vial on my Wife. Her immediate comment was that it smelled like a florist shop. Very nice, very wearable and there's some leftover Hycinth and Mechanic in the top notes for your smelling pleasure. Andy, you finally won me over on this one. I always knew you would finally win my heart with your creativity, I just never thought it would be Carillon Pour Un Ange that won it. Really, really, really nice stuff.

The only thing that makes me pause is that a reviewer on the Luckyscent listing commented that they got jasmine similar to AG Le Jasmin for the 1st 3 hours before the LOTV kicked in. I don't especially like Le Jasmin and I don't want to wait 3 hours for the LOTV-- so I will be very interested in reading other reviews.

edit 11/4:

I finally bought a sample, but I didn't like it at all and don't see it as a LOTV fragrance. A scrubber, for me.

Anyone smell this yet?

Yes I have this. My bf bought it for me when we were visiting Scent Bar on vacation. My first Tauer fragrance, though there are others I want to get.

I think people who like Carnal Flower will like this. I compared the two yesterday. (I'm a newbie, so I can't break up scents like others and describe them) but they both have for lack of a better word a sex scent thing going on. ... I can't get into details or it would be a rated r post. They both have that heavy flower meatiness, not like they smell the same, the Tauer is more green and they are different flowers. It's just that to me that both are lush and "carnal".

To me its a woman's fragrance, I can't imagine a man wearing it but then again they wear carnal flower.

Good evening! Wearing CpuA right now as one of my long time staples I just found this old thread. Anything new to be mentioned? Thanks!
