CDG had a perfume called Blue incense that was supposed to do that-but I don't remember how it smelled.

Copal Azur comes to mind. It’s a Duchaufour creation and he always is great with incense.

Hednic's recommendation, TDC Al Sahra, is a good one - a salty incense amber
Thrilledchilled's Aedes Copal Azur is also good - this one more cooling than warm

If you want a really strong marine effect over the incense, the new Amouage Lineage is worth trying. This would the place to start.
Pekji Odoon is salty smoky driftwood if you'd like some smoky woods to accompany the salt and incense.

I always thought the original Bvlgari Aqua was a salty/saltwater snd peppery mix but not incense. Just the vibe. But that changed over time and it lost its kick. I am interested in answers

This sounds great!
Yes, it's very nice!
It's kind of an Aqua di sale with incense, but it doesn't have that fishy smell Aqua di sale does. The price is not what I'd call "user friendly", but it's a very strong extrait with great staying power, so a little goes a long way.
