Today, I've been burning a Joséphine candle by Cire Trudon.
This is probably the closest that Cire Trudon gets to a fruity floral - it's a pleasant white floral mix, technically based on rose and jasmine, but without particularly smelling like either one. There's a bubblegum/candy quality which I assume os the jasmine, though. The fruit is pretty nondescript as well - theoretically lime, but I just smell a generic fruitiness with a touch of clove for "redness". I bought this blind because I've really enjoyed other Cire Trudon's I've tried, and this has been my least favorite of theirs. There's nothing wrong with it. It just smells like something I could find cheaper and lacks the nuance I expect from the brand. Meh.
