Problem with coffee CO2 extract (ethanol insoluble) – which coffee CO2 ex. will suit my needs?

Recently, I struggle with coffee material that i bought here:

And I think it's unfortunately oil soluble only...
I'm asking you to advice me: which currently available in EU coffee CO2 extract will be both:
– high quality
– alcohol soluble?

I've came across hermitage oil's extract, but they're on vacation so I won't be able to order from them...
