Ph Value Test?? Litmus test

Can someone help me please i have just sold an aftershave which is genuine and the guy is saying its fake (its not!) however he says hes booked a ph value test (litmus paper test??? this Friday 7th Oct 2016 to check it against the aftershave he already has.....can someone tell me what he is talking about please?
Thank you i would like some help by Friday please i think the guy is after a free aftershave !

A Ph or Litmus test determines the acidity of the liquid in question. I do not know how it could help identify an aftershave as genuine or fake. Seems a bit far fetched to me, but who knows; I am not a chemist.
