Organizing AC vials

Hi folks, I know various versions of the storage question have been asked but I wasn't able to find a great answer for this one. If I missed something, please point me to the right thread.

I'm looking for a storage solution for a few hundred aromachemicals and essential oils. I have an organ for prediluted materials that's nicely organized, but my "backstock" of full-strength materials is disorderly. Most of the bottles/vials I purchase are around 15mL/0.5oz. and have a maximum diameter of about 20mm. There are larger and smaller too.

The containers themselves do not need to be airtight since they will be going in a larger bin (Iris Weathertight) with a foam seal that's 100% effective. Not even the sotolon gets out 🙂

Thanks in advance!

You store pure sotolone with the rest of your aromachems? Unless you bottle has the most incredible seal ever made, I'd strongly suggest keeping it completely separate from everything else or it will taint it!

There are many materials that are double and triple bottled, and even then, get stored in .50 caliber ammo boxes with a rubber seal. And one of them even is triple bottled, and still lives out in the garage all by itself.

It certainly doesn't have a perfect seal. Is there a list somewhere of aromachemicals that should be extra-contained or stored in secondary containers?
