How often do you forget to wear cologne?

I forgot to wear a wrist watch to church yesterday morning. That's a MAYBE twice a year occurrence. I forget to wear deodorant maybe two or three times a year.

How often do you guys simply forget to wear a SOTD? I can't remember the last time I did that. Which I guess proves that wearing a scent is a high priority for me.

It really depends on the situation but not often, and certainly less than before I became more actively interested in fragrances. If anything, it's more choosing not to wear something over forgetting.

Not wearing a fragrance day to day is a fairly frequent thing, every week or two. Wearing a fragrance when going somewhere in the evening is something I have chosen to do since my mid teens and not something I'd forget/choose not to do.

Chuck, I occasionally forget to wear a watch or put on deodorant too every now and then. Cologne--not a chance.

I never forget to wear a fragrance, and the only time I haven't worn one was for an outpatient medical procedure where it specifically said not to wear any fragrances in the pre-op instructions.

Never forget but choose not to at times--sometimes just to clear the air or if I am doing any field sports. Hoppes No. 9 is the only thing you should be smelling in the field.

And on the very few occasions this does happen (at intervals ranging anywhere between a few times a years to after a few years of continuous SOTD wears alternating daily or twice a day) some either very demanding or stressful situation/occurrence must interfere. Alternatively maybe also a success, an achievement, an accomplishment so unique, that almost any fragrance would seem redundant, inappropriate and/or too informal-however did not experience yet almost any ANY such happy occasion without also wearing or pairing/associating with a celebratory SOTD.

While still theoretically possibly, hardly ever probably to involuntary forgetting to wear any fragrance.

I always forget to set my SOTD but I'm always wearing fragrances. I especially like to layer cheapies (Like Cool Water and Tahari Aquawave (Clone of Y EDT)) and wear that!

Very rarely, if ever. Wearing my SOTD is, more or less, part of just getting dressed for the day. For example, I don't put a spray under my shirt.. I spray before the shirt goes on.

Even if I'm in a mad rush - there's always the dumb reach frags for a quick anytime / anyplace sorta thing.

Yep, I'm sensing a trend here. I just found it amusing that I could forget a watch or deodorant, but never cologne! Obviously, scents bring comfort and satisfaction to all of us here.

1. Get dressed
2. Put on eyeglasses.
3. Spray perfume.
4. Drink coffee
5. Eat breakfast
6. On with my day.

I’m in the majority “never” camp if it consists of a 24 hr day. I’ll forget at most..just part of a day. Like Saturday we had a soccer tourney and hurried out the door. I wasn’t wearing anything. But when I got home between games I applied for the rest of the day. I felt naked in the morning

Since I joined Basenotes, I've forgotten to put on cologne maybe two or three times.

Many times I have deliberately not worn any, but with this large collection and ongoing interest, it's just not likely I'd forget it.

Not too often I forgot a watch either which is a bit odd since the cell phone has made it's only function redundant and I'm rarely on any sort of tight schedule.

On my way to the car, there is a self pat down- wallet, money, cell phone, watch. In that ritual, I would notice if not wearing a scent.

Extremely rare that I’ll forget. Less than once a year, if that. I’ll sometimes choose not to wear one though and a have a day or two off from them.

I like the occasional break.
I’ve gone for a week or more without wearing a fragrance and it allowed my nose to naturally reset. I appreciate fragrances that much more afterwards.
