I just moved to the Hampton Roads area and so far I haven't had much luck in perfumes. I tried the local TJ Maxx and it was god awful in terms of perfume selection (just a small table). Ulta was the usual top teenage trendy brands. I haven't made it yet to the Williamsburg Prime outlets, but I noticed online there was a perfume store among it. Is it worth a drive to check out?
