Fragrances or Fragrance Houses Exclusive to Dubai / U.A.E.

[Fragrant Vagrant]

I have a friend who will be in Dubai for a few days and he is willing to do some fragrance shopping on my behalf.
What fragrances or fragrance houses would you recommend that can't be acquired outside Dubai / U.A.E (assuming there are no budgetary constraints, there are but let's pretend there aren't)?

Not 100% sure but you might be able to get some of the amouage attars in the UAE. could be thats only in Oman though.

They have markets / soukhs where they sell pure perfume oils as well as French perfume oils which may be more interesting to him than buying an end-product. Just ask the locals. Perfumes are in the Arab culture and they are completely addicted to it!

2. Yusufbhai - wouldn't know how to create a fragrance if his life depends on it. He buys ready-made copy fragrances...

Im not affiliated with any of them but i have to disagree. Specially about fakhrudin.

But you obv know dxb well. Whats ur thoughts on these establishments...

Are fakes widely available in UAE? I’d have thought it would be much more risky for established businesses to get into those shenanigans in UAE as well, unless someone believes state is blessing the fakes market?

No recs (because femme) but on shopping through a “daigou” it might be worthwhile to order ahead and have friend pick it up. Especially if you can insert some large financial big tech like PayPal or utilize American Express protective apparatus.
