Do you think this bottle of Oajan is pre-formulation or newer?

My local Nordstrom has two boxes of oajan, both the same batch. Bottom of the boxes say 78% alcohol, but as we know, PDM likes to reuse old packaging from time to time. The batch is from September 2021. So approximately 1 year and 3 months.

What are the chances that this is the new (81%) formulation in the older packaging?

It’s a pretty expensive risk to take, seeing as these packages are sealed in plastic and can’t be opened
