Dior Homme Sport bottle differences 2012 2017

Hello. Does anyone have both 2012 and 2017 versions to compare the differences in bottles? I just bought a used bottle without a box and I thought it was 2012 but the smell is different from the 2012 sample that I have. I think I haven't tried 2017 yet.
I attached the images of how the bottle looks like. The batch says 2015 if I got it right.

Looks like 2012 to me but the details of the two bottles are very similar. The overall shape of the bottle is slightly taller and narrower in the 2017 and that's how I differientiate the two but also I labeled my bottles when I bought them. (I have both). From the markings on the base it looks very similar to my 2012.

As far as differences in smell, the 2012 uses ginger as a spice note and overall is more powdery iris than any of the other DHS versions. The 2017 uses nutmeg for spice which is a deeper tone, but it is very light in the composition so it's hard to distinguish. The 2017 also has well defined fruit notes in the opening with lemon, blood orange and grapefruit for sharper citrus bite, whereas the 2012 only lists citron which adds a light lemony touch to the powdery iris of the '12 version.
