Better alternatives to Chanel Allure Homme Sport and Eau Extreme

Quite a few great options already.

Hugh Parsons Blue is for instance darker but still with a rather bracing type of citrus freshness, just with some additional juniper and incense-however still very clean, inoffensive, non edgy-way.
Same with the Caron pour un Homme flankers Sport/l'Eau but with more sharp lavender-minty freshness.

And since Uden was mentioned, same with at least some of the fresher options in the Shooting Stars range from the Xerjoff house, including Modoc, Kobe, Dhofar and/or Oesel.

I really love these two scents.

But the performance is a hit or miss and I can't bother hunting vintage bottles. Is there any better alternative to these, with a similar scent profile. Orange, Mint, Tonka, Sea Notes etc. Niche is also fine.
Maybe try Edition Blanche which adds a creamy lemon to the Allure Homme base.

The other option is Dior Homme Sport. I can’t speak to more recent formulations but I have 2008 and 2014 and both are great and similar to AHS.

Dior Homme Cologne and Versace Pour Homme also give similar vibes. I’m sure there’s a lot of other fragrances that give the sporty vibe too with better performance but this is a start for you.

Versace Pour Homme way cheaper and more aquatic compared to the Chanel Allure Homme Sport or even simply get Missoni Wave last way longer compared to all of this fragrances and gets crazy compliments

I'd go with Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche as well.

Uden ist like the Niche Version of the orginal Allure Homme .. i was once a big fan of Xerjoff, but the prices are just not appropriate for me anymore.
i dont want to spend at least 100 Euros for the packaging alone. the scents are not worthy of 5 Euros/ml

for the sweeter vibe you are asking (in regards to Allure Sport & Extreme) i could recommend Guerlain L´Homme Ideal Intense and Extreme

These are both best in class so it will be difficult to do better. What you may want to do is spray more or wait for your bottles to macerate for a year.

After all the talk of Edition Blanche yesterday I ended up making it my SOTN and it's really nice. It's missing the aquatics of Allure Homme Sport but the lemon still makes it feel like it's perfectly wearable in warmer weather and it has the same body that the allure homme line uses. Performance is outstanding, it's still there the next morning, so if you find AHS lacking Performance wise then for sure give Edition Blanche a try.

A lot of people compare Edition Blanche to L'humaniste and that's why I originally blind bought my bottle. It kind of disappointed me from that experience because they're just not the same thing at all, not even near, so my bottle stand unused for years. Going back to it recently without the association to L'humaniste really allows it to shine on its own. It's a really good fragrance that has great performance.

Everyone shouts

Uden!
Uden!

For me, it wasn't a fave, but Missoni Wave would be a good swap-in for Allure Homme Sport.

The Eau Extrême is a bit of a ubique one, so I can't think of a 1 for 1 swap. If you like that vanilla woody tonka under the bubblegum soap accord, maybe Varvatos JV x NJ XX?

Here's a very different but better alternative - my SOTD, blended to perfection by Edouard Fléchier
