Very nice offering from Korres. To my nose, this is similar to Atelier's Tobacco Nuit. KST is not as strong but it is similar in the start. I get decent longevity and projection with Saffron being the overwhelming note of the juice with patchouli, tobacco and cacao showing here and there. Overall, for price and quality, it is very nice and worth a try (before you buy)... Enjoy!
This is a great fall/winter juice IMO. Decent longevity and projection. Nice Fir note with a vanilla / benzoin vibe throughout. The opening can be slightly weird I guess and it does have a slight similarity to Norne by Slumberhouse. Overall I think it's a winner but do try before you buy... Enjoy!
Well it's a linear vetiverish scent from start to finish. Very light. Would be awesome for layering to add a little extra to a juice lacking in vetiver. Overall it's good and for the right price (100 ml for $40.00 US) it was a safe blind buy. Enjoy!
This is a light airy ambroxan fragrance similar to Molecule 02. Sometimes you smell it sometimes you don't. I was hoping for something along the lines of Honey Aoud or Aoud Musk... oh well. This will be a great layering fragrance IMO, especially since my Molecule 02 is empty. I got a great deal on a 100 ml bottle of this so I am happy with it... DO NOT PAY FULL RETAIL. I don't think that it is Full Retail worthy due to lack of sillage or longevity. Try before you buy.... otherwise, Enjoy!
This is a herbal Rosemary fragrance with grapefruit, mint, vetiver and musk along with way. It is similar from a distance to the original L'eau D'Issey to my nose. I like it and find it would be a nice weekend or casual/office juice. I don't think it is over bearing with 2 or 3 sprays and lasts close to 7 hours on my skin. Overall, for the price and quality, it is a winner IMO. Enjoy!
This, to my nose is a cross between White Musk by the Body Shop and Original Musk by Kiehl's. It's more Body Shop than Kiehl's for sure which for myself is a downer. I love Original Musk and like White Musk. As far as this fragrance it's a floral musk, although there is no actual musk listed in the notes. It is very clean smelling with a dose of powder. Overall this is a like and would be ok as a base for layering fragrances over the top. A try before you buy IMO.
This is your typical trendy Men's fragrance of the current standards of sweet, boozy, leathery and minty. Has similarities with many main stream fragrances on the market (One Million, Eros, Polo Red Intense, etc). This is by no means a bad juice. It is very nice and would be great on a date night in the fall or winter. It is strong with amazing longevity. For the price and quality it is a safe blind buy IMO. If you want something more grown up in this vein I would suggest Moustache EDP by Rochas. Enjoy!
Non descript spring/summer day time juice. Not overbearing. Not offensive. Just nothing to it to my nose. Last about 3 hours on my skin with limited projection. It is slightly powdery to the nose for what its worth.
A sweet, fun, powdery juice for casual and weekend situations. Price for the quality is great. Longevity and projection are above average with my experience. I would say in super high heat this may be a little much, but other wise a nice juice. The juice is vanilla, amber, tonka and some spice. Winner and full bottle worthy.
Although this is similar to Opium Pour Homme and Allure Pour Homme there are elements to it that make it slightly different but in the same vein. It has a strong mint note to my nose... with sweetness and spices along for the ride. It also is resinous to my nose. I really like it and find it full bottle worthy IMO but may be redundant in some collections if you have Allure or Opium or other fragrances in that vein. Enjoy!
Well this is a pleasant surprise to say the least. Not as beastly as other Art of Shaving fragrances (Oud Suede) but is nice for a casual or office juice. I get cardamom, lavender and bergamot the most off of skin. If you can find it for the right price this is an easy blind buy. Enjoy!
An amazing pineapple juice. Nice longevity with 2 hour projection. It is of nice quality and doesn't smell "perfumey". This and Pineapple BonBon are really nice especially mixed together. Well worth the price IMO. It is a nice Aventus dupe... I know that the "Aventus" smell is getting to the played out point... but this is a great fragrance if you like pineapple with a little smokey blackcurrant. Enjoy!
This is an absolute winner in my book. Classic gentlemen's fragrance without being "Old". Excellent mix of spices, woods and sweetness. For the price and quality this is Full Bottle Worthy. Stunning.... Enjoy!
A nice inexpensive (if you can find it in your price range) juice. Longevity (5 to 6 hours) and projection (1 hour) are not beastly. The juice is Bergamot, Mandarin and sweetish Amber from the start. Soon I get Lavender, Vetiver and Patchouli with musk at the end. The Ambery sweetness stays throughout the scent. I like it and find it nice for casual wear. I would try before you buy do to it being similar to other juices on the market. Enjoy!
An amazing quality juice from start to finish. For the 3 listed ingredients I find this to have an amazing wide range of hints of this and that. There is a bit of citrus at the start and some sweetness from somewhere. I find this about 2 hours in to be similar to Baldessarini. Both are slightly dusty, sweet and a little musky. It also has a similarity to Zoologist Rhinoceros. Rhino by Zoologist is much more rough and rugged with the leather than this juice for sure. I find this to be a fantastic juice. A top ten for sure. I would try before you buy due to pricing. Otherwise, Enjoy!
This is a very nice dark boozy fragrance to my nose with similarities to Meharees and to a lesser extent Musc Ravegeur. It has a smokey/dusty vibe along with vanilla (which is the main player to my nose). Longevity is in the 6 to 7 hour range with limited projection after a couple of hours. Overall, for the price, I would say it is a Winner! Enjoy!
Great men's fragrance. I don't find this to be super heavy on me. It has decent longevity and projection. To my nose it is sweet, clean and slightly spicy. I really enjoy it and for the price I find it a complete winner. Enjoy!
Very green juice with a little marine undertone to my nose. I was expecting a little more "tree" smell but I don't get anything of the sort. A safe spring / summer day time juice. In offensive, at least IMO. Enjoy!
A revitalizing juice for sure. Mix of lemon, vetiver, citrus, incense (extends the life of the vetiver and lemon to my nose) and vanilla. Slightly sweet but not in a gourmand way. A nice interpretation of Tom Fords Costa Azzura to my nose. Another winner, in the long line of winners, from Hany and his staff. Keep them coming sir.
Strong peppery start with frankincense, cedar and sandalwood. It is a solid dupe/copy of Gucci Pour Homme. It has a underlying dry, dusty spicy nuance that is similar to Tauer L'Air du Desert Marocain. For the price it is well worth the investment if you are into Gucci PH. Enjoy!
A much softer well defined version of the original Encre Noire. The DNA is exact with certain aspects adjusted to make this much easier to wear. I don't think it projects near as beastly as the original. I really like it but don't favor either the original or this over the other. A quality juice from the house of Lalique per usual. Enjoy!
A fantastic juice from start to finish. A slightly sweet sandalwood whiskey vibe with tonka and maybe vanilla to my nose. I see where ZC mentioned it could have been a flanker in the L'Envol line and I would agree. Although this isn't honey sweet to my nose it does have that L'Envol "vibe". For the price this is spectacular. Not to overbearing nor super sweet. If you can sample go for it... once you do I think you will probably be looking to make a purchase. Enjoy!
Not usually a fan of Gucci fragrances but this is a winner IMO. Slight medicinal green juice with a nice dry down of musk and cedar. I really like it just wish it lasted way longer on my skin (4 hours max). For the price and quality I would say it's a strong buy. I am sure it is available to sample in most mall stores. Enjoy!
This, off my skin, is an enormous incense bomb for about a hour or so. It mellows into a fantastic mix of incense, leather, and woods with just a hint of spice. It is gentlemanly for sure. I don't think this is a safe blind buy so try before you buy. I really like it and think this would be awesome during the fall and winter. More of a special occasion or date juice and not something I would wear to the office. Enjoy!
