Jay-Lux'eau's Review of Dzing! by L'Artisan Parfumeur

It's like a slightly more masculine, less concentrated Arpège. Is this a good thing?

Well, no, if you go by the notes pyramid. You'd definitely not be expecting this to be an everything but kitchen sink powdery-floral-classical scent. Woods, Toffee, Leather? Forget about all those.

Imagine Arpège, watered down, and with a mossy (not leathery) oakmoss and some musk added to it. That's Dzing.

Even putting aside my disappointment, this Arpège revival - or adulteration depending on how you look at it - is totally unnecessary.
