Brooks Otterlake's Review of Bright Neroli by Ferrari

Surprisingly loud for a citrusy summer fragrance, so those looking for performance above all else may find much to admire about how this wears.

Bright Ferrari's balance of notes is appealing, but it's ultimately too blunt and unsophisticated in its construction to quite win me over.
