Give Back Beauty picks up Zegna fragrance license

The fragrances license for the luxury brand Zegna, have been acquired by Give Back Beauty. The Zegna license was previously held by Estée Lauder companies, who gave up many of their designer brands in 2021.

Zegna joins previous Lauder stablemate, Tommy Hilfiger, which GBB picked up early last year.

Chairman of Zegna, Gildo Zegna said “The ‘culture of beauty’ has always guided the Zegna Group in its choices, based primarily upon the deep respect for people and the environment. Give Back Beauty’s renowned multicategory expertise and attention towards both innovation and sustainability make it the ideal partner to develop new beauty products for men that are perfectly aligned with Zegna’s responsible DNA and unique identity.”

CEO of GBB, Corrado Brondi, told WWD that they are looking into producing men’s grooming and skincare ranges, but the first launch will be a fragrance.
