This is a review of Lady AveburyThis is the girl who uses a planner, drinks ice water from a metal straw, wears silk blouses and whenever she twists her hair up in a bun, it looks effortlessly beautiful.
Lady Avebury is mossy, leathery patchouli with a sprinkle of citrus for a pleasant bite that really elevates the fragrance. It is a fragrance that does not scream, that stays subdued but is there, and you have to lean over to inhale. The patchouli & leather base very tame to my nose, not dirty or earthy.
It doesn't have much sillage, but it lasts all day as a skin scent, making it a perfect office scent for whenever you need a confidence boost in that area. For those scared of leather, it will still be ok. This smells like a soft buttery leather bag, versus a weathered leather saddle or something more masculie.
