Libre Le Parfum
Yves Saint Laurent (2022)

I mostly smell a mix of tonka/coumarin and tobacco, sort of astringent but also fairly sweet. It reminds me of the base of Le Male. There's mint on top for a while, and some thin, soapy flowers in there as well.

I'm used to smelling this coumarin mix as a part of a lavender fougere, so it's interesting smelling it without strong lavender, but there's not much here to capture and keep my attention.

A nice, warm mainstream scent that is now sold out in the 100 ml size at Sephora. Nice enough on the sweet amber drydown and more lavender to notice. Better longevity and sillage than the EDP intense, which wasn't worth the money. Of all the Libre scents and flankers, only Le Parfum is worth the money. My other fav lavender gourmand is Guerlain Mon Parfum Intense.
