I totally get the old hollywood glamour. beautiful woman with tumbling waves down her back and red lipstick.it smells like the add for it looks,no kidding. actresses that come into mind are Natalie Wood and Ava Gardner.great and yummy, and fruity without being childish, easy but at the same time interesting.i don't usually like sweet fruity notes but here- wow, great.

The first spray of LRS is a tart lemon with a rhubarb.very fresh but sweet and zesty.then it turns into a very big apricot, a bit tropical, delicious with some papaya.there's a little white jasmine and rose but it mostly spicy cinnamon in the heart.it dries down into something more elegant, tempered by vanilla and sandalwood. totally this is a fruit cocktail. refreshingly sweet with a hint of spice.for me,it has one foot in the present and one in the past. somewhere between vintage and modern.which is a good thing.

A fresh and interesting fruity floral with some greenness, I guess from the rhubarb.

I find this an interesting scent. The sandalwood base is overlaid by fruity and floral notes, leading to a complex, hard-to-pin-down aroma. I'm not sure whether the scent as a whole marries well, hence my neutral opinion.

this goes in the same style like Joop Berlin, both scents are not produced anymore today.

It is as well fruity floral, both have almost identical base....but the fruity note here is almost fermented boozy....exotic, and reminds me of palm beaches an summer....

its very strong, i recognized carnal flower and cinnamom ...its complex spicy floral with strong fruity boozy note.

A spicy, fruity oriental. I like pineapple in fragrances, Colony by Patou is a great pineapple-chypre, and now I've found a nice pineapple-oriental in Le Roy Soleil. This is a likeable and happy fragrance, though it it sweet and and the fruits are borderline overripe. Lots of notes fizzing around fighting for your attention, but the pineapple shines through.

this one is my favourite from dali house. top notes are very unisex - specially today when we so many sweet men fragrances. middle and base notes become more femine unfortunatly for me ;) anyway very pleasant, untoxic and happy scent. that's a pity that it's so hard to get this one.
