Let's talk about the vetiver. I like vetiver, and count the Encre Noirs and several Guerlain vetiver-based fragrances among my favorites. But that type of vetiver (earthy, a little damp, dark) is not what is present here. This is an almost airy, herbal/spicy vetiver, almost as if you combined straw, a light clove, a bright unflavored virginia pipe tobacco and mandarin orange. Words are really failing me here - you just have to try this, and it is very affordable.
Performance you ask? I did around 5 sprays on shirt and chest, and it is still wafting in moderately-powerful waves six hours later. The citruses have backed off during that time, the cedar/vetiver have stepped up, but that crabapple/sichuan scent is almost as present in the sillage as when I first applied it. Projection is moderate, but sillage and longevity are incredible.

The spicy bright opening notes of citrus that give way to a earthy, woody spicy vetiver-patchouli blend in the middle, and a nice mix of oakmoss, veriver and amber in the dry down makes a woody masculine fragrance slightly special that gives it it's warmth. Vetiver is the most dominat note accompanied by oakmoss, woods that keep it very earthy. It can be worn in formal or casual attire. good price/quality ratio and indeed another nice fragrance from Rasasi but nothing special.
