This is mostly Eucalyptus, very strong, the spearmint is like you would find in chewing gum and adds a needed sweetness. It is not really 'green' but a very sweet, fresh herbal.For me it is almost too much for daily wear (at least as a woman) but good for evenings to unwind and I often wear this when I have a headache and I cant take wearing anything else. I even believe it helps. I actually prefer the candle version burning throughout my house at any time, but when I don't want to fall asleep with a candle burning I spray this on my pillows & linen..
The throw is good at several inches but lasting power is on par with other body mists, between an hour to two.
Really does the trick as a stress reliever scent. I absolutely love it!However, I would just wear it at home for myself before going to bed, or when I just want to relax. I think the scent is more appropriate in its lotion or candle form.
The staying power isn't very good but seriously, who cares if it's not something to wear out?
It's pretty expensive for what it's worth, so I would only get it on sale.
