Opens with a great burst of incense and pepper. So much so that the pepper almost tingles your nose.

The incense is the star here for the first hour or so, very old school church incense, but then Encens ROI becomes a battle royale of incense and cedar where it stays for most of the duration of the fragrance.

Which note will win on your skin? On, mine the incense was still coming out on top however the cedar was really strong giving the fragrance a really dry feel to it.

I don't get much sweetness from the white cocoa or the vanilla but there was something in Encens ROI that just wasn't ticking the box for me and was giving me a little bit of a headache.

Headache aside, a very good incense fragrance with moderate projection and good longevity.
