Elie Saab Le Parfum Lumière is a very straightforward, uncomplicated scent that is easy to wear casually or on a semi formal occasion. Nothing complex, no craziness, just a floral, beautiful orange blossom smell. It reminds me of a pure and innocent woman with dark hair and a long white dress who is giving life to everything she touches. In my imagination she walks in the field amongst white flowers while animals are observing her from the trees... So damn pure and beautiful.

It does open up with a burst of mandarin orange. Then it quickly becomes a sheer bouquet white floral above all watery orange blossom with a slight laundry clean aspect underneath hat brings smile in an instant and puts you in a good mood for the whole day. The white flowers here are very clean and soapy with a animalic touch. If you prefer your orange blossom fragrances to be delicate and smooth then this is perfect for you. Perfect for warm weather because of it rather cold tones.

Love the bottle! It gives you an idea of how luminous this perfume is. There are more notes in it than are listed above i.e. mandarin, sambac jasmine, gardenia, ylang ylang and tuberose.

It is such a creamy, happy scent and lasts well in my skin whilst also projecting well. The perfumeur is Francis Kurkdjian so I was expecting great things. He delivered.
