I like this.
It is a grown up approach to a fun fruity scrumptious pear that has dominated many perfumes targeted at a younger demographic. The pear note allows the wearer to communicate a fun and jovial side while the cocoa and magnolia ensure a modicum of seriousness is maintained. The vanilla(s) bridge the gap nicely. Smell perfect for the 40-something career lady.
The projection of this one is amazing at first. It smells of vanilla with floral notes and a savory pear note. In the middle, cacao catches some ground and together with vanilla and the pear, it reached the gourmand genre for me. It doesn't dry down all that interesting, it's still mainly vanilla with slight touches of ambrette, cacao and rose.
