I like it a lot, my husband hates it. Peppery dry ginger citrus top is refreshing and light, with a pleasant white musk cleanliness but also softness. Dry down in about 4 hours to almost nothing, but the nothing is a soft sheer rose musk that is delightful, if only detectable with nose pressed to skin. It’s a hit with me, but not a huge Must Have love, and the SO dislikes it so, I will skip it.
The bergamot, white pepper and ginger form a nice trial in the opening blast. Fresh-ish, not super-bright but somewhat uplifting, it blends gentle spiciness with restrained crispness.
The drydown develops a woodsy note, but is mainly composed of white musks.
I get moderate sillage, good projection and six hours of longevity on my skin.
A nice spring scent, less invigorating and fresh as some other ginger creations like Creed's Tabarome Millsimé, it is executed well enough to - just - make the positive grade. 3/5.

Performance is just okay with Ginger Piccante but the woody ginger drydown is very nice and helps this win a thumbs up from me.
The opening is peppery with plenty of ginger and feminine musk. Later into the drydown, the very attractive and intoxicating peppery ginger is met with soft woody notes, leaning back to masculine or at least, more unisex.
Average projection during the first 3 hours. That gives way to a soft skin scent that's just about gone after 6 hours. Spray on clothes for better performance.

Not miles away from The Different Company's Bergamote...which is a good thing. Zingy and fun.
The big player, after the ginger opening, is rose. I'm sure there's a rose somewhere on earth that has a ginger-like note in it. They fit very well together.
