B683 Eau de Parfum by Marc-Antoine Barrois

Re-trying my official sample and I like it a lot more this time.
After the balsamic saffron-black pepper-nutmeg opening dies down, it begins to remind me of Galloway from PdM — that pleasant smell of hot iron on a freshly washed shirt.

I'm wearing Diptyque L'Eau, chosen randomly.. It's Diptyque's first perfume, which launched in 1968 at their Paris decor boutique. L'Eau smells like a spicy potpourri and is a scent I usually associate with Christmas time.

Notes: Cinnamon, geranium, sandalwood, rose, clove
