I slept like a log tonight having added a small dry cider (to accompany my French crêpe) to my normal sleep routine. Seems to have done the trick.

A day by the pool seems to be the plan for today. I will wear Hermès Eau des Merveilles in the evening.

Happy BNiversary to shadesofbleu! In honor of the Buddha’s enlightenment anniversary this weekend, I am wearing TRNP Bodhi Tree.

I seem to have completely lost interest in perfume, this is only the second time in two weeks I’ve worn any at all, and I just randomly grabbed a bottle rather than selecting something I actually wanted to wear. Very strange.

Been there, Caz. The only thing that worked for me was to just lay off perfumes for a couple of weeks, let my nose rest, and then come back to them gradually. I think it's normal, like temporarily losing your taste for liquor or coffee.

For the weekend sync today I'm wearing Cedro di Diamante, a sample from Perris Monte Carlo of a creamy lemon scent that I'm falling in love with and wanted to recommend to ClockworkAlice, who loves citruses and gourmands.

But that'll be worn off by the afternoon and then I'm going to take a SuperShower (™ Quarry) and lavish myself with Yves Saint Laurent vintage "Y" bath powder and drops of a fantastic new-to-me bottle of 1970s "Y" perfume oil that was a gift from a VERY generous BNer.
