Good morning,
I dug out my Joy vintage extrait today and dedicate it to our Joy!
I absolutely adore the rich, relatively indolic jasmine plus a fine rose. The base is a bit of a 'wee-wee base' (lots of civet) as I call it, which is not a 100 % to my liking.

Good morning.

We’re forecast another sunny day and lots of gardening and relaxing in the shade are planned.

I need to take a birthday present over to my son’s girlfriend after lunch so it will be nice to see them and their lovely country garden again. She is a very ardent conservationist and their garden is super wildlife friendly with a pond, wildflower meadow, vegetable patch, chickens etc.I have bought her a flower press and some chakra blended oils.

I am going to wear Herbae by L’Occitane.

I did a major overhaul of my clothes closet last night. I'm getting rid of my fantasy wardrobe and keeping what I actually wear. I went clothes shopping last week and purchased several 'neon' pieces to literally brighten up my wardrobe. Chartreuse, anyone? 💚

A post in yesterday's layering sync by @FiveoaksBouquet made me nostalgic for perfumed bath products, and I decided to dive full-tilt into it today with one of the most complete vintage collections I have: shower gel, lotion, EDP and perfume of Safari by Ralph Lauren. There's really nothing that makes me feel more pampered than a complete immersion in a favorite scent.
