Syncing again with Indult Tihtota - Think alone the lines of having a vanilla milkshake or a bowl of ice cream. Who wouldn't want to smell like this? I'm sure there are vanilla fiends that would go mad and crawl over broken glass to have this bottle!

I'm wearing Zoologist Civet and watching golf. If you haven't seen it yet (it went viral) Google "Tom Kim" to see the lengths to which a golfer will go to save a shot. He was looking for his golf ball...

You have to admire his perseverance

Nothing yet…Maybe Prada Infusions d’ Vetiver In a bit.

I have nowhere else to post this, but here are some thoughts…..If you have advice, I’d love some.
1. Eau de Campagne will not leave my mind alone. For some reason, I can’t hit purchase. It’s expensive alone, but Neiman’s has a set with a huge shower gel and 3.3oz bottle for $140 USD. BUT.

I’d rather have the EDT bottle and cream, if I’m going to get a set, so it will last longer. There are no sets like that, so I’d be paying ~102 for the cream plus $147 for the bottle, if I go retail. A total of $250 is a lot for a fleeting EDT. That’s a bit much, on principle. Plus, I don‘t even know, for certain, if the cream would extend the life of the perfume or not, so that’s a gamble. So, we’re approaching Exclusif price territory here.

I could do an ISO on the Marketplace, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of activity there.
FNet isn’t too much cheaper and eBay is eBay…Eau de Campagne seems like the type of perfume that would lose top notes if old or not properly stored. I looked for community ownership here, and the folks who have it either don’t logon much, don’t have many posts, or don’t respond. I dunno.
Any thoughts?

My advice is avoid ebay and purchase it at Neimans. My guess is that the edt is the prize rather than the cream. Purchasing from Neimans will provide peace of mind--knowing the edt will be legit and fresh.

Again, No one will ever leave this world stomping her or his feet--arms waving in the air frantically and screaming, "I should have NEVER bought that perfume or art I wanted--or eaten that delicious cake. What was I thinking?"

Skidding in just under the wire for the sync after a day full of unpleasant errands: Corsica Furiosa has the right name for the angry theme, but its austere green garrigue effect on me is just the opposite.

@foxbins , that was delightful. Tom Kim deserves a determination trophy. He looked like he'd fallen into quicksand.

I adore Eau de Campagne (of course I do, it's exactly the kind of leafy green that comprises half my wardrobe), but I'm unlikely to ever shop for a bottle because I own so many things in its category. However, if I were shopping for it, I would skip the full retail route and comb eBay for a private sale, because it's the kind of thing that's so popular and so often given as a gift that I'd expect to find an unused and unwanted bottle at a price below the discounters' usual rate.

I can't speak to whether the body cream can assist with increasing longevity, but I'd probably apply the same shopping philosophy to finding a deal on that, too.
