Enjoying the thread and agreeing with most recommendations, I’ll veer away from stating what the ‘best’ is because I don’t know what the best one is. Instead, I’ll throw in an unlikely recommendation, that was introduced to me by our very own @Varanis Ridari long ago… Avon’s i’mperfect. What I get from it is citrus and white florals top, white florals middle and musk in the base. That’s the simplified way that I can say it for how it jumps off my skin. Longevity is ALL day. I think I paid $20usd for it but I see that it’s doubled in price since I got it. We all know how it can be with those vaulted Avons!!! 🤣😂 Even at $40, you’d have to spend appreciably more to get a better overall presentation and performance. The closest thing to it in production that I’ve smelled (in my limited white floral experience) is a fragrance I received just today, Dunhill Amalfi Coast. Amalfi Coast has a smoother and somewhat juicier citrus and sweet orange up front (and also presents neroli and jasmine for the white florals) but i’mperfect beats it in overall performance. For clarity, these two are not 1:1 but rather very similar stylistically. Wear Amalfi Coast if you’re going to snuggle, and i’mperfect if you’re heading outdoors. As a side note, i’mperfect performs like a champ in the blistering heat.

I'd also add:

Caswell-Massey Jockey Club (1840) - Gold cap for this one, not the upmarket "heritage" remake.

- 1881 pour Homme by Nino Cerruti (1990) A man's white floral chypre.

- Claiborne for Men by Liz Claiborne (1989) Ozonic citrus cyclamen scent.

- cK One by Calvin Klein (1994) This one is easy to overlook.

- Avon Lover Boy (1980) - A man's heliotrope scent. Very unusual.

- Rochas Globe (1990) - Masculine white floral leather and pine.

I love white florals! My favorite right now is note di profumum osa_re by profumum Roma. It's refreshing and has stellar performance and longevity. It's like walking into a refrigerator filled with lilies at a florist shop, with refreshing minty top notes. I was blown away!

there are many others, but this is what I would recommend now if I have to recommend just one.

Good choice. This is the first one that came to mind for me. It reminds me of an easier wearing twist on something like Antaeus, with white floral notes in place of the rose, and none of the chewy animalics besides some clean leather in the base. Discontinued but still easy to find.

Another one: Serge Lutens' Fleurs d'Oranger is squarely unisex and very good. Aggressively strong orange blossom + a touch of cumin and tuberose. Not a scent for the meek; it's like a fist full of flowers straight to the face.

When I think white floral for men, Oscar for Men often comes to mind. Try it!

Police Potion Power (EDP), a cheapie with prominent orange blossom, and good performance. Some people can be a bit snobby about Police, but I think they've released some good budget fragrances over the years.
I will try to find it ;)

I apologize for my late response

Many great recommendations already, glad to also add especially-in otherwise no particular order: Lalique White, Acca Kappa Muschio Bianco, Cerruti 1881 Edition Blanche, Zara White Tag, Xerjoff Dhofar as well as Oesel from the same brand, Fahrenheit 32.
Thank you for sharing and always responding to my topics

The best white floral fragrance I've personally tried that I also think is completely unisex / masculine is Xerjoff Nio. It's also probably in my top 10 all time fragrances. The opening pairs citrus with jasmine and green notes.

If you want something that leans a bit more into the citrus aspect but still has nice florals (especially after the initial opening) then Clive Christian 1872 is it. CC 1872 is in my top 5 ever fragrances.

You can't go wrong with either - Nio might be closer to what your original idea is.
I own Nio and I love it :)

But I feel it's more fresh spicy than floral. Maybe because it has a good dose of Cardamom

Richard James Saville Row is very interesting masculine take on tuberose.
Creed Virgin Island Water. It has some tropical elements (lime/coconut) at start, but seems to settle mostly into white floral on me.
I need to try Saville Row :)

I should try Virgin Island Water again. I have tried it several years ago but I didn't give it a chance

+1 Lalique White. I think you would love this summertime classic, I'd call it. Good floral citrusy and does develop beautiful new pencil cedar. Real unsung hero fragrance.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and really sorry for my late response

This is how I know people's noses are different. I get absolutely zero white floral from Lalique White. Don't get me wrong, I really like the fragrance a lot, but it's all woods and pepper to my nose with the typical "pencil shaving" smell so many have mentioned with it. Seeing people mention it as a white floral fragrance makes me think maybe my nose is broken. lol.
Of course, we must not forget that they are mostly chemicals and interact differently from one skin to another

The first two to come to mind as I read your first sentence have already been mention. One you own and I love it: Floris Neroli Voyage. The second is not Neroli but is a good floral stand-in: Malle Eau Magnolia. This will be my third summer with Eau Magnolia.

Another summer favorite of mine is Zegna Florentine Iris. It is not a Dior iris!
Very interesting suggestions. Thank you so much for sharing
