What I did wrong, except for the perfumers alcohol and the carrier?

Hello I’m Cèsar from Lehi Utah.
I’ve been using Eternity by KC until it become synthetic.
I tried to make my own version of D&G the One. With the following formula:
60ml Perfumers Alcohol (200grain)
20ml Fractionated Coconut Oil
Top Notes
30 Drops Basil
90 Drops Grapefruit
170 Drops Neroli
40 Drops Green Apple (Roman Chamomile)
Middle Notes
30 Drops Cardamom
180 Drops Coriander
20 Drops Ginger next time NO Ginger
80 Drops Violet
20 Drops Clary Sage
Base Notes
23 Drops Tobacco
95 Drops Amber
25 Drops Cedarwood

I got the scents like one mile closer to the real One. 🤣
And it doesn’t project. Longevity not even an hour. Really weak
What I did wrong, except for the perfumers alcohol and the carrier?
