NIce... Have you tried the leather copper before? Interested in any comments on it. There is a big chunk of Lalique's that seem to never get talked about much, and given I like the more common ones always curious to hear about them....

Yes, I have. The leather is dominated by labdanum, it makes the leather soft and warm. It's also a bit animalic, but not much to my nose.

I always thought that's a pretty good deal, but Le Labo boutiques being plentiful in NYC it's been easy to try them all without paying. But definitely a good option to explore the house. I like Oud 27 and considered buying it several years ago, good to know it's not totally gone.

Yep - there are 7 Le Labo boutiques in LA, 4 of which are freestanding (the others are full labs, but inside of Nordstrom stores). Makes you realize what a YUGE moneymaker the brand must be for Estee Lauder. Also makes me wonder why there aren't freestanding Tom Ford fragrance boutiques...

I got the kit because I like to wear things a couple of times, usually once to work and once at home, before I make a decision. It will also be nice to do side by sides on things like Neroli v. Fleur d'Oranger. etc.

Yeah, Boundless didn’t open well for me, but it developed wonderfully—something too rare in perfumery of late. I haven’t jumped yet, but it’s jump-worthy.

Just give Boundless time to get past the opening. Of course, you might like the opening and hate the drydown, but either way, it's best to let time pass before passing judgment.

Thanks, sounds interesting. Have been out of retail for a while except discounters so maybe time to revisit non-discounters and see if these are out there somewhere to try some of them....

I'm in the minority with this one but I sampled it about a year ago and I wore up the sample in no time. I hope it is as good as I remember it. I want it for spring and summer for some sort of new take on my empty bottle of Eau Sauvage. I might need to re-purchase that sometime soon anyway. I miss it.

I ordered this a month ago on Amazon but it turned out to be the "newer" dark bottle. I checked with the (same) seller before this purchase, and they assured me it is the frosted bottle. We'll see. 🤞
