Valentine's Day: chocolates based on perfume categories

I was shopping for Valentine gifts, and came across this chocolate company whose products are based on perfumes categories: herbal, floral, fruity, balsamic, etc.

I'm not affiliated with them and in fact haven't tried their products, so can't endorse them. Just thought it was an interesting approach. They're in France but offer free shipping with $100+ purchases. (This is for shipping within North America.)

My immediate though, while reading only the title of thread rather than the full text of the initial post, was to initially assume that something along the lines of the Mugler Angel inspired eclair by an exclusive Parisian luxury caterer or a new release from the cooperation between l'Occitane and the confectioner Pierre Herme might be released as a limited edition for this occasion.
