Tom Ford Tuscan Leather real or fake?

Got this perfume as a gift, dont think its authentic here are some pics.
I have other real tom fords from the actual store which prefome way way better then this does.
Would like your guys opinion,

I want to know if its original, what's off is the A89 tag on the bottle itself i dont really know how to determine if its real or fake that's why i posted here

That's appears to be an acceptable batch code for a Tom Ford

can you tell what are the main things to lookout for on a fake ?

The most common things I see are the font of the brand and name being off (most of the time too thin or incorrectly spaced) and the box label being textured like the rest of the box (the label itself should be smooth). The batch code on the sticker does not always look consistent, so that is usually not a point of concern. The best tell is the smell. But keep in mind that newer batches tend to not perform as well.
