I see Eden has some Atlas Cedarwood Abs, but I’m not really a fan of Moroccan or Atlas stuff.

Know of any pseudo cedar absolutes? Are they available and what are your impressions if so?

Hmmm, I buy a product called liquid cedrol, that is Texas cedar extracted, and is about 68% cedrol, the balance being other Texas cedar extractions. Likely it is the flipside of their Texas Cedarwood terpenes product. But I dont know any retailer which sells it.

I talk about it in my crystals in perfumery video here:

I dont really have any Texas Cedarwood absolutes in my lab though, the liquid cedrol is the closest that I have.

If you would be happy with a synthetic product, Firmenich Firwood is a fantastic molecule that is only available in their "wood" base. I know it as Wood 260106, but I'm pretty sure that it is the Firmenich Wood base sold at Creating Perfume. And this base is not the Armenian wood or Mysore wood bases.
