Nikos Sculpture is cheap and cheerful...

I really like Rochas Moustache EDP year round.

Banana Republic Oud Mosaic works and Jacques Bogart One Man Show Oud Edition has some overlap and is actually even less inexpensive.

I swear that I hate rose notes, but Chanel Paris-Paris is exceptionally well done. And yes, yes, I know it's marketed as a "feminine" fragrance.

The peppery/citrus notes really do transform the rose heartnotes into something complex and exciting and very wearable, as well. It's so much nicer than other rose scents that I've tried, such as Oud Fleur and Gucci Guilty Oud. I've worked my way from sample to decant, and will probably buy a bottle after the decant is used up.

Lots of excellent suggestions. Just wanted to say, just smelled BK or something very similar on a chap next to me and yo! It's pretty good!

Been trying a few different frags in the recent warm weather.
Monotheme Vetiver excellent to splash on, however noticed it's own warmth and spice may jar at very hot Temps. It seems to warm up as it dries down. Pretty much all year rounder otherwise. Opening citruses are top!

Racquets - again maybe loses out somewhat, although not a deep, dark or heavy leather, perhaps too dense/strong for super high heat as it gets to dry down.

Surprisingly good today... Fahrenheit Cologne! Staying citric and fresh with a very lean nod to the OG. Wouldn't notice any relation if I didn't know about it. That could be me sorted for summer, though I am going now to try and get my nose on Aspen, just have an itch and from scent-memory and reading it's own blurb "mountain air" makes me want want want!

New West by Aramis works really well in the summer, lasts a long time and is very unique. Under 30 bucks.

When the heat is on, and I mean really on, you cannot beat L'Eau Bleue d'Issey Eau Fraîche.

Mint, Rosemary, Bergamot, White Musk and Patchouli.

You have to like Mint thought!

Great to hear. I've been slowly collecting the Aramis Gentleman's Collection bottles and blindly ordered this one the other day, hoping for an interesting early aquatic / summer freshie. Sounds like it should work.
