Hello. I'm about to order some perfumer's alcohol to make my first fragrance dilutions, but I'm so new in the industry, that I'm not quite sure what I've found can be used. There isn't any product under the name "Perfumer's alcohol" in my country, but i found this website selling what seems like to be the same thing.
It says this under the ingredient list:

My research says that every ethanol concentration between 95% and 100% can be used as a solvent making alcohol perfumes, but I just want some clarificiation by some educated guys regarding this. I hope some of you are able to come with a decent answer, otherwise I must try find it somewhere else. Thank you.

Perhaps you would get targeted responses if you address this to the experienced perfumers in the Fragrance DIY Forum. Just a thought.

That alcohol is denatured with Benzalkonium Chloride. As long as you don´t ingest it, it should work, but the more experienced ones can tell us more on this subject. I hope Benzalkonium Chloride does not affect perfume, but I cannot be sure, it is used to disinfect and conserve. I do not think it affects perfume, but as I said I am not sure.

OK, just checked: on the English version of Wikipedia I read that Benzalkonium Chloride has "a faint almond-like odour". But your alcohol contains only 0,1 gram of Benzalkonium Chloride, so I do not know if it affects the fragrance. I would buy a bottle and try it out, if I could not afford or find any other alcohol. Better than our German denatured alcohol, where they even put Panthenol and perfume in denatured alcohol!

The product you linked may be tempting because of the price. But it's an antiseptic/disinfectant. Benzalkonium chloride is somewhat controversial, because of its irritant properties [1][2]. (BTW, the website only has a Danish top level domain. The company behind it is based in Spain.)
There is denatured alcohol for perfumery in Denmark, it's called parfumesprit, but to produce, buy/sell it, you need a licence, at least according to this page on Skatteforvaltningens website.
In Europe, it's often easier (and cheaper too) for hobbyists to buy pure ethanol than denatured alcohol suitable for perfumery. But alcohol is heavily taxed in Scandinavia, and 96% vol. finsprit is quite expensive in DK, so ordering from or buying abroad may be a cheaper option in your case.

Edit: I only just noticed that the original post is from December and the poster hasn't been seen since. Wonderful.
