Parfums de marly Layton, legit or fake?

I recently bought layton and i am a bit worried that it's counterfeit my basis is it didn't have the brochure inside the box and it was BNIB. i compared it with my other layton it is slightly different in color

The last photos are the side by side comparison of my laytons
Right side is my back up layton and the one on the left that looks lighter is the one that i recently bought from dubai.

Considering the elaborate bottle and cap design, and the fact that this fragrance is not from a major designer, it is unlikely to be a fake.
