Hello friends,

Two days ago I purchased “ Ombre Nomade “ from Louis Vuitton (Original out of store).
I’ve read on alot of reviews that it’s supposed to be a beast perfoming fragrance with 12+ hours longevity.
Well, for me it is no more than 3 hours. It also project not as strong as people say it does, and yes I also tried overspraying it.

My question is: how is this possible? May it be reformulated? And can I go back to Louis Vuitton for a solution?

I also read online that some people say you have to give it some time and it will become better, the parfum has to open in the bottle, can that be true?

Did any of you have the same isue?

Never had this problem with this one regarding its longevity or potency. I would suggest you increase the number of sprays you apply. It could be your skin chemistry also. Hasn't changed since it was launched. Don't know if the LV boutique would be able to do anything for you.

Sometimes alcoholic fumes can collect in the space at the top of a new bottle and are expelled among the first few sprays. Then the perfume in the bottle may need a little time to “readjust its molecules” before emerging as intended.

I have found the opposite with this one . very powerful , lasts almost too long especially if you get it on clothes and have to be careful with the amount of sprays

I sprayed this stuff accidently on my bed sheets and my room smelled like it for days.. maybe weeks. Very potent.

I did notice after wearing it recently it was pretty easy to go nose blind to. I think it's really diffusive and long lasting but also has an airiness where it can waft in and out of perception. No doubt though its base materials are nuclear, it will stay on card or fabric for weeks. I got a handful of samples of it with another purchase which I think will be more than enough for me.
