In Aalst there is this small shop - NOBILIS - which caries nice more niche perfumes.
Now, it's sad to say, but the shop will close sometime in January 2017.
The good thing (for us costumers) is that the have a sale out (30 / 40 / 50 % off)
They have
Aqua Di Parma, Annik Goutal, Bentley, Berdoues, Creed, D' Orsay, Hayari, Houbigant, Lubin, Molinard, Nasomatto, Orto Parisi, Perris, Ruth Mastenbroek, Sherrer
maybe some more …
(They also sell good beauty products)
The owner(s) are very friendly, so when you're around, pay them a visit
