Sounds more like marketing than a review. After Tuscan Leather I suppose it's vogue now to want to smell like an abstract of a drug; however at least cocaine has an image of sexiness and riches whereas meth is missing teeth. I will not be surprised when these smell uninspired.

The only connection is the first three that Hedi released when he created the Privee line, Mitzah was added long after he left the house.

Correct. The original 3 are my forever favorites.

I smell the entire collection minus the 2 that will be released JULY 2020.

My thoughts:

Overall LOVE - orris and musk everywhere.
Throughout the collection I got the very nostalgic idealized vibe - plastic-y? (and that's a positive!)

Parade
sharp, clean, idealized "cologne" ( i do want to revisit)

Saint-Germain-Des-Prés
a bit Tide-ish, did not smell the drydown. I got vibes of pastis although not present in the notes.

Cologne Française
neo-classic cologne - fig makes the mix quite interesting. initially smelling and not recognizing the fig note, in my mind it was a familiar but uncommon wood - almost medicinal - ginseng-like. also it's listed as "fig tree" not fig the fruit?

Dans Paris
almond pastry

La Peau Nue
lipstick rose, après l'ondee, loose lips with a splash of champagne.

Eau de Californie
pretty. simple. literal. assumed the most popular - sold out on first day

Reptile
syrupy,leathery,powder, steamy,...mixed with the synthetic taste/smell of generic pills(?) maybe * eye roll* Chandler Burr's descriptor of meth really got to everyone's head....
sold out as well

Black Tie
soft booziness ...almost like vanilla extract (the bottle i bought)

Nightclubbing
CIGARETTES + NEW CAR SMELL.....fading into CIGARETTE SMOKE on skin....mixed with trace amount of last night's perfume.

thanks for the info, most likely gonna have to blind buy as there's no way for me to test these out. Parade and Cologne Française sound ideal for daily use.
