Hello, fellow nerdettes and nerds! Lilac trees are finally in bloom here in Helsinki, which means that my yearly En Passant marathon has started, and my stats for May are ready to roll. They look like this:

2+ wears of Dylan Purple and My Way to finish up some samples.

I should do a better job of tracking wears for the things I don't track in Basenotes because I'm layering or spraying at night:
- L'Interdit Rouge is currently in rotation as my night scent (because I want to smell like a root beer float)
- La Vanila Pure Vanilla is in rotation as a layering scent for anything that needs more vanilla.
- Kayali Lovefest Burning Cherry was my "finish the bottle" focus for the month. I also used this for layering. Now complete.

Infusion d'iris edp was a finishfocus, but did not finish this month either. I was in the mood for Spring, but unfortunately most of May had lousy weather and some days snow...

Our May started cool, but it's slowly getting warmer.
My mind is definitely set on summer already, it's all about citruses and neroli with a dash of light woods, fresh florals and some fruit:

My spring is mostly my moderate-weather and subtle office-suitable frangrances with some odd floral ornament and, of course, with citrus on top! This list looks happy to me.

All single wears, lots of florals and light summer citruses when the temperatures were very high. Now for June I'm looking forward to even more citrus, Hermessences, and other scents that wear lightly in the heat. I might break out the coconut, too.

Van Cleef & Arpels First EDT was my most worn, I think. Good, characterful narcissus chypre, crisp and alert, though sometimes it feels a bit disjointed to me - like the higher pitched floral notes are starting to hiss and separate out from the body of the perfume as a whole.

Also, I have a newbie question. How do you actually track this stuff?
